Here at Perfection Fitness all sales are final to our customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with the services provided or feel they are inadequate, we would be more than happy to discuss options on how we can retain your business. Each client is given one free reschedule after which we will charge the session or you can pay our reinstatement fee of $50 plus tax All Month To Month Memberships must be given a 30 day notice for cancelation in writing in order to cancel. Now if you can show medical reason for said reschedule with proof the fees will be waived. At this time there is no federal or state certification required to be a personal trainer, although certification is available there is no state requirement to obtain certification.
